CTC Charitable Trust is the Charity arm of CTC, the national cyclists’ organisation. We work with communities to promote cycling’s health, social and environmental benefits.
Community Cycling Development Officer circa £24,000. Based in Petersfield.
Working within a national team of CTC Charitable Trust Development Officers to promote cycling as a means to improve the physical and mental wellbeing of those at high risk of physical inactivity. Working at a local level in partnership with East Hampshire District Council and the Forestry Commission.
Delivering programmes that increase the physical activity of individuals within local communities. Identifying, recruiting and supporting volunteers (champions) within those communities groups who will support the introduction of regular cycling as a mode of travel, recreation or exercise into their group and sustain their cycling beyond the period funded.
