Feel the Benefit

Increasing the amount of physical activity you do can be a huge challenge. This 'Feel the Benefit' section of the website will provide you with information about the benefits of physical activity and a healthy lifestyle.

There are a couple of short questionnaires, one will help you find out how healthy your current lifestyle is and the other will help you find out how ready you are to achieve your goals.

For added encouragement you will find a very easy to use activity diary where you can record any physical activity that you do. It will also tell you how close you are to achieving the physical activity recommendation of 'at least 30 minutes moderate intensity physical activity, at least 5 times per week.'

Take a look at the 'Local Champions' who are people just like you! They will tell you more about their experiences with physical activity and the benefits they have found. There is no doubt that they are likely to motivate and inspire you.
