Club Profile:
Cardiac Rahab provides exercise classes and diet/health education for those people in east and north Hampshire who have undergone heart surgery. We operate in a safe and controlled environment at our purpose-built premises in Alton, using specially-qualified staff. Clients are referred to us by their GP, hospital or other health professional. We also run a new service, the Staywell Scheme, of exercise and health education for those at high risk of developing heart disease (referred to us by their GP).
